Thole Demba Sherpa Kidug (Society) is a membership-based, non-profit organization representing Sherpa communities from various rural municipalities of Okhaldhunga, with its headquarters in Kathmandu. Established in 2013 by Sherpa community leaders originally from Okhaldhunga residing in Kathmandu, the organization currently serves over 550 members. It provides support to its members in times of need and works to promote the welfare of the community.

Guided by the motto, “Preserve Sherpa Culture and Tradition,” the organization actively engages in initiatives related to cultural preservation, heritage conservation, health, education, and poverty alleviation.
